Hampstead Heath Cafe is the very best place to get Spaghetti Vongole Oil. It's so tasty with not too many clams, although perhaps sometimes too few.
I shall treat myself. I'm back on the High Stress Diet. I need to eat. Someone needs to cook for me!
Not cheap though, it's digging into my electricity money, but never mind, it will put us £2 in credit, see us through until tomorrow (Saturday).
I spotted a table in the Octopus' Garden (my son is getting so irritated with me singing that so I have to try and put a lid on it or I'll put him off beetles forever (heh heh, another story, another time))
Children are playing on it. Oh no! I'm going to take away their play space! Still, there's a big tree with benches around it, possibly better they play in the shade.
So yes, I'm at a cafe, writing. Remind you of anyone? Someone uber talented who spun magic from her imagination. Me, I'm just writing about myself, it's all I know and I can't honestly say I'd win Mastermind if I was my own specialised subject, sitting in the Black Chair.
Ah well.

P = Puzzle
I am writing many of these posts on the Heath. I'm thinking of writing something and something else just pops up. So here on blogspot therefore, there's no linking the story.
There's no puzzle to the Pomegranite Plan (just so you know)

P = Palms
If you write something on your palm it tends to rub off so I have written "Electricity" on the back of my hand too just to make sure I remember to boost the supply.
I keep forgetting and our power's going to go any minute!
We can't have that now, can we?

A spider is crawling up my leg.
I have an Edward Monkton fridge magnet at home of a girl infront of a giant spider. It reads:
No longer does she fear the spider. Instead she draws STRENGTH from the knowledge of her bravery in its presence.
It was crawling up my leg, so I flicked it, gently I must say, onto the grass.
Its climbed back on and is making its way up to the hem of my (tight, oh so tight, all that comfort eating) bermuda shorts. It's trying to get under it!
Oh no you don't matey!
I've guided it onto the denim.
Up, up, up it's crawling!
Here, crawl into my shoe. From there you can figure out where to go!
Did you know, spiders used to symbolise money years and years and years ago and were considered very lucky. I read it once in Theodore Zeldin's An Intimate History of Humanity.
I pretend they still are.

P = Postcards
There's something very Doris about postcards.
The writing on it is there for all to see and you hope when you send it that it will reach its destination.
I have loads of postcards, tons, to enter all those competitions I've stopped entering because the prize might come when I've moved.
I was going to use one of them to send to Parliament but then I thought, no, buy a Camden one.
I haven't got round to doing that yet and I could get one tomorrow (saturday) when I'm there but I've discovered I've got one already.
I bought it ages ago because I liked it. It's a photo of Camden Town Underground with signposts outside it directing you to "Skunk", "Traditional Muggers", "Charity Muggers", "Happy Slappers" and "Mushrooms".
Perfect I think!
A postie might intercept it but that's the thing about postcards, they are so very que sera!

Crisis? What housing crisis? Miliband unaware of bitter homes repairs battle
According to the CNJ, David Miliband had no idea the £238 million stash of cash was being withheld from the borough!
For Decent Homes, the article said this week, not rebuilding, but that amount of dough could make or improve quite a few loaves don't you reckon?!
Best of all, best of all, Miliband and his brother, both Labour Leader contenders, are borough born!
How cool is that?????!
I could say the Pomegranite's going to plan quite nicely, but quite honestly, it's making itself up as I go along!

M = Mess
My flat is in a mess. What does it need? Tidying up!
My country is in a mess. What does it need? Tidying up!
My flat is in a mess. What do I need? A bigger space.
My country is in a mess? What does it need?
More secure, affordable housing?!
