Training begins!

I probably didn't walk more than a couple of miles yesterday but my legs are sore! No pain no gain they say so I am clearly gaining!

Today, I shall wander down to the British Library (3 miles?) and then wander back up again past Euston and back up to Camden and home (another 3?)

That's ok isn't it? Six miles today? Maybe see if I pass a shop that sells a pedometer because it would be nice to know exactly what I clock up.

If I'm really speedy I might get to Mornington Crescent in time to see if my friend Jo's around for a spot of lunch.

Today is a new day! One foot infront of the other, step by step, is how I should take it! Curiously that's the advice they give to mental health patients too. Result!
